Your meals, movement, sleep, plans and the details you set up with, in the app's own storage on your device. Your device's backups include it.

When you speak a meal, Apple's speech recognition turns it into words. Apple may process the audio to do that. We never receive it.

Meltfast+ is bought through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we do not see your payment details.

Meltfast has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.

Settings › Export data gives you everything you have logged. Settings › Delete all data removes it from the app.
